Welcome to our beautiful holiday home, located by the water in the most picturesque spot of the park. The comfortable house is inspired by the charming architectural style of the region and offers all the luxury and convenience you need for a relaxing stay.

The holiday home is situated on a spacious 400 m² corner plot on the smallest island of the park. As a result, the garden borders the water on two sides, providing privacy, tranquillity, and stunning open views across the wide waters between the islands. Just around the corner, you’re on the Stompaardse Plas, from where you can reach the river De Bernisse by boat. In the entire Bernisse area, only electric or motorless boats are allowed.

Enjoy both sun and shade at any time of the day thanks to two generous verandas. The 36 m² corner veranda leads directly to your own fishing and mooring jetty. Child safety is a priority: this veranda can be securely closed with gates. The holiday home also includes two private parking spaces.

The house accommodates six people and features a modern kitchen with a combination microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The bright and cozy living room is the heart of the home and a perfect place to relax together. Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds. There's also a luxurious bathroom with a second toilet and a traditional sauna for ultimate relaxation. For extra safety, stair gates are provided.

The house includes free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, radio, CD and DVD player, and a selection of board games for cozy evenings with family and friends. A washing machine is available in the utility room.

The holiday park features a reception where you can rent bicycles, SUP boards, canoes, and small boats. You can also arrange a bread delivery service for a perfect start to your day.

Close to the park is “De Pannenkoekenbakker Zuidland,” which includes a playground, mini-golf course, and rentals of pedal boats, small boats, and more.

Next to the park is a small beach on the Stompaardse Plas. The village of Zuidland is very nearby, offering a historic town center with shops, restaurants, and a snack bar.

Within a radius of about 20 km, you’ll find charming places like the historic towns of Heenvliet, Brielle, and Hellevoetsluis, or the North Sea beach at Rockanje. Spijkenisse and Rotterdam are also easily accessible.

The surrounding area is perfect for water sports, cycling trips, nature experiences, visiting historical towns, museums, and shopping.

Zuytland-Buiten Holiday Park

Zuytland-Buiten is an idyllic holiday park in the nature and recreation area of De Bernisse, situated right by the Stompaardse Plas. The park consists of four (peninsula-like) islands, so all detached villas are located directly by the water. Surrounded by reed beds and small beaches, the park offers an oasis of peace and nature.

The holiday home is easily accessible by car, with two private parking spaces on the property.

The park features a reception where you can rent bicycles, boats, canoes, and SUP boards. You can also arrange a bread roll delivery service for a great start to your day.

Close to the park, you’ll find “De Pannenkoekenbakker Zuidland” with a playground, mini-golf, and rental of pedal boats, small boats, and more.

Right next to the park is a small beach on the Stompaardse Plas. There is a public boat ramp nearby where you can launch a boat with a trailer. (only electric or motorless boats are allowed)

The village of Zuidland is within walking distance and offers shops, restaurants, and a snack bar in its historic center.
